The building is designed in a modernist aesthetic, as a composition of strict geometrical volumes. This is a two-storey one-family house with an indoor patio. Its facades are created as a combination of white cladding and extensive glazing. The second floor is partially elevated from the ground; this makes enough space for a covered car park for 6 automobiles. The building’s flat roof offers a system of three terraces on different levels, one of which is partially covered. There is also a glazed winter garden in the center of the planning structure.
