FAMILY RESORT COMPLEX IN ODESSA

The three-storey residential sections of the complex are located along the driveway and have access to the sea. Given the narrow shape of the site, access to each residential section is provided directly from the road leading to the Pivdennyi tourist resort, excluding the passage through the territory of the site. Each section has a temporary car park for two cars. The total number of residential sections is 17, with one additional section, which is a public block. The project has been awarded the Voluta prize by the NUUA.
