RESORT COMPLEX IN ALUSHTA

The family-type boarding house is placed on a site by the sea with distinct change of elevation. There is a natural population of cypress trees on the site, which, according to the project, can be fully preserved. Based on the relief, the boarding house is divided into two groups of interconnected three-storey apartments. Each apartment has its own large terrace with a swimming pool and a flat green roof, which protects the building from overheating. The guesthouse is designed with ecological materials: white paint, wooden elements of facades and natural stone.
