We are excited to announce, that our Hlibivka Countryside Hotel has been nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Award 2019.
When working on the project of this countryside hotel, the main idea was to ensure the openness of its interior space to the Kyiv Reservoir. The value of the territory determined the vertical composition of the guest houses.
The complex includes one detached house as well as a building that consists of four equal blocks, each of which is a one-family guest house. Nature infiltrates the houses through terraces and extensive glazing.
