The architects were tasked with designing a five-star hotel on a 0.0931-hectare plot, incorporating a full range of essential functions and facilities. The plot slopes along Holubovycha Street towards Yaroslava Mudroho Street, with a height difference of up to 6 meters. At the corner of Yaroslava Mudroho and Holubovycha Streets, there is a two-story building with a basement (historically used as a fire station and later as a military enlistment office). In our project, we use this building as a reference point and a scale marker for the planned hotel. The main entrance to the hotel is designed from Holubovycha Street, aligning with the elevation of the first floor on Yaroslav the Wise Street. The lobby is a double-height space where guests, starting from the reception area, can access a restaurant lounge with a bar, administrative offices, a spa with a swimming pool, a fitness hall, a beauty salon, and parking facilities. The technical rooms of the hotel are also located on the first floor. From the lobby level, guests can take two elevators to the hotel rooms on the third, fourth, and fifth floors, totaling 40 rooms of varying categories. Each floor includes a housekeeping room connected to a service elevator, and a concierge service elevator linked to the kitchen. Additionally, shared green terraces are planned on each floor, with a green courtyard specifically on the fourth floor. The room sizes range from 19 m² to 34 m².Guests can also access an underground parking garage for 14 cars via an elevator, with direct vehicle entry from Holubovycha Street. This entry also serves as a delivery point for restaurant supplies. The restaurant kitchen is located at the basement level on Yaroslav the Wise Street, and this level is also planned to house a nightclub with an independent entrance.Vertical connections between the kitchen, restaurant, congress center, and hotel rooms are facilitated by two dedicated elevators — one for clean dishes and one for dirty dishes. The second and third floors are designated for congress halls with lounge cafés on each floor.
