Design team:

The site is located in the Yablunytskyi Pass in the Carpathian mountains, surrounded by incredibly beautiful landscapes. There is a spruce grove by the site's southern edge. The difference in altitude from the west to the east is 12 meters. It takes a 10 minute car ride to get to the Bukovel ski resort from this location, a 90 minute ride to Ivano-Frankivsk, and a 3 hour ride to Lviv.
Considering all the factors, we decided that it should be a congress hotel with a well-developed recreational function and a lot of space for parking.
The ground floor is used for ski rent, parking, kitchen loading, and technical premises. The main entrance, reception, lobby bar, restaurant, staircase and elevator are situated on the first floor.
The hotel has 60 rooms located along the outline of the building, and conference halls in its center. There is a pool on the upper floor, which is closed in winter and open in summer. The pool bar has an elevator that is connected to the kitchen. The complex has a spa with a pool.
Wood and stone are used as interior finishing materials and facade cladding, as these materials are native to the Carpathians.
