The site is located by the Dnieper river, in close proximity to Kyiv. Because of its large area, a major part of the design was the development of the master plan and the landscape concept for the territory. The building’s plan is a segment of a circle; its curved wall forms the main facade with a sunken lower floor and loggias. There is a large terrace on the roof, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Dnieper river. The project has been awarded by a NUUA diploma.
