The summer house is located south-east of Kyiv, in a scenic pine forest, near the Liubych river. It is built from natural materials of contrasting colors, traditional for the construction area: the bottom part of the building is made of plastered brick, whereas the top part is made of wood. The owners and their guests spend most of their time on the terrace facing the river, surrounded by a flower garden. Visually, it is a modern-day reference to the traditional Ukrainian house, with newly discovered proportions. The project has been awarded a NUUA diploma.
