The building is a part of the Interpipe Steel electro-melting factory, located in Dnipro city.

KUDIN architects were commissioned to reconstruct the unfinished building, winning 1st prize in a closed competition. We developed a new planning structure, designed the interior spaces (administration premises, domestic spaces for laborers, canteen) and completely redesigned the facade. Great attention was paid to the domestic spaces for the laborers: wardrobes, toilets and shower rooms – spaces necessary for them to relieve stress after a day of hard work in the steel-melting house. The project has won 1st prize the ART SPACE competition.
