When working on the project of this countryside hotel, the main idea was to ensure the openness of its interior space to the Kyiv Reservoir. The value of the territory determined the vertical composition of the guest houses, which also made it possible to design comfortable terraces near each house. The complex includes one detached house as well as a building that consists of four equal blocks, each of which is a one-family guest house. Nature infiltrates the houses through terraces – one accessible from the bedroom and the other from the public zone of each block. The project has been awarded the Voluta prize by the NUUA.
