The Contracts House is a monument of classicist architecture located in the Podil district of Kyiv. Built in the nineteenth century, it historically served as a facility for trade. The project involves adapting the building for the needs of the Ukrainian currency exchange market. The main concept of the restoration and adaptation project is the return of its original function to the Contract House, which it had lost over time. The facades of the building, the first and second floor halls, and the basements were fully restored. It has been nominated to the National Architectural Prize.
